Description

• Must be able to prepare reports and email for warehouse activities
• Must have basic knowledge of dangerous goods handling
• Receive and issue spare parts to/from GASAL storerooms
• Prepare the labels and stick on each spare parts
• Maintain the spare parts and warehouse neat and tidy
• Update the material IN/OUT databases in Navision and CMMS interfaces
• Participate to the periodical stock counting
• Keep the inspected spare parts in correct location with proper labels
• Assist the maintenance team in finding and preparing the spare parts for inspection
• Participate during shutdowns on spare parts supply and stock control
• Arrive on site on time at specified working hour
• Complete defined tasks on time
• Communication with maintenance team for spare parts supply
• Communication with suppliers/procurement department for spare parts deliveries
• Ensure all warehouses are clean at all time
• Ensure spare parts are arranged and ready to use at any time
• Ensure correct control of spare parts transactions (IN and OUT)
• Ensure that spare parts are handled in the correct way to avoid damages and cost losses

Desired Skills & Experience

- Must have at least a diploma in high school - Minimum of 5 years’ experience in warehouse activities - Has experience of spare parts supply during shutdown activities - Has experience in dangerous goods handling - Basic knowledge about Electrical, Instrumentation and mechanical spares - Computer literate person having experience of inventory management using ERP and CMMS
