Description

POSITION PURPOSE:

 Manage the Housekeeping and Laundry Department to ensure that all Guestrooms, public and back of the house areas are well maintained and cleaned. Train all supervisory and housekeeping support Staff according to the standards and consistently delivers excellence of service by providing Guests and Staff safe and orderly environment and ensure that product and service standards are adhered to by the empowered Housekeeping and Laundry staff.

Desired Skills & Experience

QUALIFICATION STANDARDS Education: Graduate (Hospitality Preferred) Experience: At least 1 year experience is a must in a similar position in 3/4 Star Hotel managing the Housekeeping Department. Skills & Knowledge: Good knowledge of the hotel, its services, and facilities. Good communication skills, both verbal and written.
