Description

• Temporary job for 5 Month:-
• Vendor creation in SAP;
• Posting/parking incoming vendor      invoices in SAP and matching with LPO issued;
• Generating sales invoices      through an Excel based module and subsequently post in SAP;
• Responsible in the handling      petty cash funds;
• Responsible in preparing the      cash & cheque collection for deposit once/twice a week or when      necessary
• Handle the petty cash advances      and payments and monitor the liquidation, reimbursement and expenses of      the same;
• Handling inventory movement in      the inventory system (Excel based);
• Submits daily and weekly report      of the petty cash and petty cash expenses 
• Responsible in calling      suppliers and handing over their payments through cheques 
• Monitor company vehicles fuel      consumption and submits the fuel consumption report along with WOQOD      invoice to the Finance Director
• Handle various tasks as      assigned by the superior

NB: Actual daily transactions are light in nature.

Desired Skills & Experience

• Relevant degree in accounting or experience in the same field; • Attention for details and accuracy is required; • Proficient in MS Office, namely in Excel • Experience in SAP is an advantage
