Description
Summary:
You shall develop and manage customer relationships with care and attention. You will be ensuring that the customers are receiving the contracted services as agreed, but you will also coach customers on best practice, help them become successful and receive customer feedback.
Main Objectives:
Train the customer on how to use and optimize products and systems and how to benefit from product features.
Coach the customer via bench marking and best practice in the industry. You will be expected to have a strong understanding of the sales process and will coordinate with the Sales department with further development of upgrades and up-sells to the customer.
You will seek to improve product improvements by receiving feedback from the customer and deliver that to Product Management. Therefore a solid understanding of the technical side of our solutions offerings is necessary.

Desired Skills & Experience
Requirements: Minimum 3 years experience in successful business development and sales support services with excellent ability to explain products and services over the phone. Must have excellent communication skills; written, verbal, interpersonal and professional both in English and Arabic. Listen to customers; identifying, meeting and exceeding their current and future needs, balancing the needs of the customer with that of the business, using tact and diplomacy. A self starter with positive attitude who wants to be very busy and like interacting with customers and building valuable commercial relationships over time.
