Description

Acquire a thorough knowledge of the food and beverage menu in the Restaurant to be able to respond appropriately to guests. 

Prepare mise-en-place of cutlery and crockery for the Restaurant and arranges them accordingly to the pre-determined standards. 

Perform cashiering work using the POS system, when necessary.

Prepare the tables, sets them up observing proper standard and cleanliness of the equipment.

Maximise sales by conducting suggestive selling and upselling to guests.

Information

Desired Skills & Experience

At least a year of experience in Food and Beverage Industry. Must have a skills in conducting suggestive and upselling as techniques for increasing he restaurants profitability. Must have the ability to communicate (written and oral) in Turkish and English. Multilingual is an advantage.
