A lead trading & general services company in Qatar is looking to hire the following candidates
- PRO
Minimum 2years experience in Qatar, full awareness of Qatar immigration rules and governmental sector
Fluent in Arabic and English
Driving license is a must
Visa transfer is a must
- Admin assistant/ Document controller
Minimum 2years experience
Manage, organize and file legal documents and conduct file searches as requested.
Create, adjust and maintain filing systems
Maintain and keep records of all sent and received correspondence.
Take meeting notes when required, including via telephone conference call.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Very strong organizational and time management skills.
Microsoft office strong skills
Visa transfer is a must
- Accountant
Qatar experience is preferred
Prepares asset, liability, and capital account entries by compiling and analyzing account information.
Documents financial transactions by entering account information.
Summarizes current financial status by collecting information, preparing balance sheet, profit and loss statement, and other reports.
