We are looking for  a skilled Assitant HR Manager to oversee all aspects of Human Resources practices and processes. You will support business needs and ensure the proper implementation of company strategy and objectives.

Qualifications: Proven work experience as an HR Executive, HR Manager or similar role Familiarity with Human Resources Management Systems related to Food and beverage Industry and Applicant Tracking Systems; Experience with full-cycle recruiting; Good knowledge of labor legislation (particularly employment contracts, employee leaves and insurance); Demonstrable leadership abilities; Solid communication skills.
