We are recruiting for a company based in China, for a large number of tutors who can speak fluent English, candidates can be from the following countries:

We are looking for native English or fluent English speakers without heavy accents

Teaching experience is beneficial but not essential, we understand that not everyone will have a teaching qualification and may work in other areas such as care, nursery, primary, secondary education or have prior experience as a personal tutor. The skype interview with our recruitment team will then assess your suitability before progressing further.

Candidates must be at least 18 years of age and from countries such as the US, Europe, UK,Australia and Canada.

• 1-1 session with students.

The process:

• Submit your CV.
• We will forward on a video for you to watch prior to the next stage.
• Skype session with a member of the recruitment team to see suitability. You will then receive contact usually within 2 days to organise the next step.
• Organise a session with a member of the team based in China as a practice lesson. 30-45 minutes time.
• Follow up training with software with the team based in China.
• Schedule your first class
• Become an approved tutor
• Free to schedule lessons with students as and when you are available.

Work will take place in Bejing time, which is currently 007 hours on UK time,
Tutor sessions are 25-30 minutes long per students 10 USD, ~20USD an hour paid monthly into PayPal. (No tax on wages, however, maybe a small Paypal fee on receiving cash).

Peak time for student activity weekdays 7-9pm Bejing time (12-2pm UK time), however, students may wish for tutoring time at any time, select your availability and match to students.
Weekends greater flexibility as students will not be in school.

Requirments:

• Internet connection / stable good speed
• Smartphone or smart device to use software.
• Paypal account for payment.

As this is a remote position, candidates can be based anywhere in the world, as long as they meet the requirements above.
