·         Coordinate with customs broker and ensure all documents are available for clearance.

·         Coordinate with drivers for trips at different locations.

·         Ensure appropriate safety procedures for transporting hazardous and non-hazardous material are followed

·         Ensure high level of customer service is emphasized at all levels

·         Carry out all supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization’s policies and procedures

·         Make empty returns and effectively coordinate with customs brokers and clients.

·         Need to monitor the vehicles and driver’s efficiency.

·         Update Striwak system on daily basis with complete information.

·         Effectively coordinate with Striwak team members for knowledge transfers.

·         Take up responsibility of other employees in case of emergency.
