     I have done my bachelor of engineering in Electronics and communication engineering with two year experience in IT profession. Then I worked Desktop support Engineer position, Where I learnt various technical and non technicalskill.

-Installation, configuration and troubleshooting of windows Operating system

-Assembling, hardware up gradation, troubleshooting.

- Software troubleshooting, update and patch installation

-Installation and configuration of network printer.

- Configuration and troubleshooting of MS outlook.

-Sharing folder, sharing device & Printer

-Providing basic network support to the clients

-Providing support for IP telephone at client desk

-Remote desktop and Remote assistance

-Problem analysis, handling, reporting and documentation
