Looking for an experienced QA/QC Engineer for our project in Qatar

 

Establish, develop and maintain the project Quality Management System and QA procedures
• Ensure implementation of internal and external quality audit programme for the projects.
• Prepare Corrective Action Report for any deviation to Quality Management System identified during internal audit with suggested corrective action with time bounded rectification and closing.
• Monitor and follow-up the implementation and effectiveness of corrective action on the noted deviation on Quality Management System during project audits.
• Assist Sr. QA Engineer in the preparation for the trend analysis on the results of non-conformances identified during internal audits including customer complaints and lessons learned.
• Provide QA documentation requirements

Review project Quality Management System procedures to ensure continuous compliance with the ISO 9001:2000 standard.
• Conduct Induction training sessions on company’s Quality Management System to newly arrivals and update training modules on any changes in QMS.
• Maintain and update registers of project’s Corrective Action Reports, QMS procedures and formats

Liaise with Third Party Certification and client audits for QHSE.
• Collate and prepare data required for Management Review Meeting for Quality, Health, Safety and Environment.
• Exercise authority at the level determined by management for the position.
• Establish project QA objectives in accordance with business strategy and plans, set measurable department and individual standards and targets, and manage the achievement of set objectives and targets.
• Promote and demonstrate commitment to the Company's Quality Health, Safety and Environment philosophy and targets.
• Be focused on the needs of the customer / client and strive to exceed their expectations.
• Perform related duties as assigned by the Manager

Desired Skills & Experience

BS Engineering Graduate or relevant study • 8 years experience in implementation of Quality Assurance system • Attended Internal Quality Audit course Good in oral and written communications. • Complete command of English language. • Computer literate in MS office applications. • Conversant with the ISO 9001standards. Good analytical skills. • Observant as well as the ability to relate the procedure and practices to the standard requirements • Strong Interpersonal relationship capabilities. • Leadership capabilities
