Description

Accountable for Landside Duty Management on shift with particular emphasis on Arrivals and Departures Curb side, Taxi Ranks, Bus Pavilion, Secondary Staging Areas
All Car Parks (STCP, LTCP, ECP), Special Event Terminal (SET), Midfield, Cargo Car Park etc.,
Concourse-A & B secondary staging area, DIA Departures, DIA
Arrivals, Executive Terminal DIA, the complete Airport Road network etc.

Requirements:
 Knowledge of Car park Operational processes systems and procedures.
 Ability to produce accurate work and reports sometimes under tight timescales.
 Must be able to pay attention to detail.
 Requires in depth knowledge of car park Management procedures
 Must be IT Literate
 Good analytical skills combined with a solution orientated approach to problems.
 Proven Quality and Customer Service skills and experience.
 High degree of self-motivation
