Block Factory Manager

Duties and Responsibilities

·       Ensure the efficient management of operations of a multiple shift concrete block production facility.

·       Optimize efficiency, productivity, and equipment performance in order to meet objectives within the production.

·       Delegate Tasks to Factory Staff as Necessary

·       Create and Enforce Quality Control Standard Operating Procedures

·       Create and Implement Machine Maintenance Standard Operating Procedures

·       Analyze data drawn from production reports in order to identify improvements, reduce losses, and the number of breakdowns as well as improve efficiency & strategies as necessary

·       Oversee the production planning, staffing, and day-to-day manufacturing operations in a cost-effective manner.

·       Create Production Data Reports and Present them to Decision Makers

·       Ensure compliance with Standards and Operations Procedures.

Desired Skills & Experience

Requirements: · Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical or Industrial Engineering. · You should have seven-plus years of experience in block and interlock production with a record of achieving results through people in a manufacturing environment. · Knowledge of concrete products desirable. · Knowledge of mechanical handling, conveying, hydraulic, pneumatic, mixing, curing, and packing equipment. · Excellent proven leadership and management skills. · Strong abilities in planning, organizing, project management, and problem-solving. · Experience with MS Office and ERP systems. · Must be Bi-Lingual (Arabic/English).
