Description

·         Project planning, tracking, monitoring, documenting Material or resource utilization.

·         Manage a team of supervisors proficient in related systems and on-site building practices.

·         Should be able to prepare, read, interpret  and review designs and its  progress reports,

·         Responsible for the site work execution and documentation in order to achieve the project target completion date as per the specifications and codes.

·         Supervise subcontractors to carry out site works according to design intent and the suppliers for timely delivery of resources.

·         Report to the project manager regarding site progress and problems being encountered for assistance and guidance.

·         Attend site meetings from time to time and liaise with other trades for details of works and coordination of requirements amongst various parties and is also responsible for  Preparation of meeting records

·         Coordination with other Discipline Engineers (Architectural, Structural, Mechanical and Electrical) as applicable.

·         Coordinate with Procurement team for the necessary purchases of items at site

·         To conduct research that tests or analyzes the feasibility, design, operation, or performance of equipment, components, or systems.

·         Conduct the value engineering activities

·         To conduct the trouble shoot of the systems for testing and commissioning

Skills: • Strong organizational skills ability to plan and schedule work Excellent problem-solving skills • Detail oriented and strong analytical skills Abilities: • Ability to manage multiple reviews and deadlines • Ability to evaluate new approaches, systems and design solutions EDUCATION: Degree /Diploma in Engineering EXPERIENCE: 5- 7 years of related experience.
