• Managing overall operations & maintenance activities with a view to enhance operational efficiency of operations and eliminating obsolescence
• Handing maintenance of Hydraulics & Pneumatic equipment like Hydraulic Pumps, Hydraulic Valves, Coupling & Gearboxes
• Responsible for planning, scheduling and assuring completion of work within an assigned maintenance area
• Increasing machine up time & equipment reliability by implementing maintenance schedules and carrying out periodic checks; maintaining requisite documents
• Conceptualizing and effectuating predictive & preventive maintenance schedules for various mechanical / hydraulic equipment
• Minimizing potential accident by understanding and observing safe work practice in all activities
• Planning & managing operations of an organization to ensure and enhancing performance, productivity & profitability
• Developing & streamlining systems with proven ability to enhance operational effectiveness and meet operational goals within the cost, time & quality parameters

competent professional with 17 years of experience in Plant & Equipment Management and Maintenance  Expertise in planning & implementing preventive, predictive & breakdown maintenance schedules for improving overall reliability and safety of plant equipment & machinery  Develop annual budget for the Division in conjunction with other Division and manage work within approve budget  Demonstrated abilities in troubleshooting critical problems encountered during running the plants  Instrumental in managing workshop with responsibilities pertaining to effective servicing and repairs  Pivotal in coordinating in plant operations for the set up standards with accountability for strategic utilization & deployment of available resources to achieve organizational objectives  Well versed with quality tools like JIT, KAIZEN, TPM, MOST, 5S and SAP  Hands-on experience in carrying out routine scheduled maintenance work and responding to equipment faults  An effective communicator with good analytical, leadership, interpersonal, planning and problem solving skills  Produce reports of the status of Equipment in the workshop and cost incurred for repair and Maintenance
