Description
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Create procedures/forms/templates/flowchart on many type of editing programs (Word, Excel, PDF, Visio,..)
- Manages QFMS documents (internal & external)
- Checks document compliance and quality of documents
- Register all documents such as procedure, policies, forms, guidelines, in the department E-System.
- Distributes documents to relevant staff Scan and upload documents according to Department procedure
- Review and update documents according to the department documented information procedure
- Keep staff updated on the latest version QFMS documents versions and how to obtain access
- Maintain and control of Quality Management records Maintain confidentiality regarding sensitive documents
Desired Skills & Experience
- Understanding of quality and facility management systems, ISO 9000 and ISO 41001.
- Understanding of the facility management functions.
- Full understanding of the document control procedures, techniques and electronic tools.
