Description

Nature and Scope of Position:

• Perform general finish and cabinet work in the alteration, repair, and maintenance of floors, roofs, walls, stairways, doors, windows and other structures
• Operate power saws, planers, jointers, hand tools, and other required machinery and equipment Sand surfaces and clean, sharpen, and repair hand and bench tools
• Perform window, door, and minor roof repairs
• Dismantle and /or construct interior building partitions (wooden).
• Fabricate, assemble, and re-fixing all furniture items such as tables, office desks, chairs, cabinets, stage..etc
• Prepare and install the necessary formwork for concreting.
• Perform finish carpentry work, i.e., mouldings, trim work, cabinets, etc. Install drop ceilings when necessary
• Adhere to safety procedures when performing assigned responsibilities Maintain confidentiality of information at all times
• Perform other job duties as necessary
