Duties and responsibilities
- Well-developed leadership skills.
- Promotes strong teamwork ethic and customer services excellence through empowerment.
- Proven experience managing people.
- Good working knowledge of electrical systems (electrical, Control,ELV,BMS,etc), and HVACsystems and application.
- Good knowledge of Quality, Healthy and environmental management systems and regulations
- Strong analytical and problem*solving skills.
- Good level of interpersonal and communication skills
- Good language ability in both spoken and written English and Arabic

Qualifications
- Bachelor degree in electrical Engineering
- Certified UPDA license holder - Grade A required
- More than 5 years’ experience
- A good relevant experience in the facility management field
