Job Title: Sales and Marketing Executive

Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented sales and marketing executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in generating leads, closing deals, and developing and executing marketing campaigns. They will also have a strong understanding of the fit-out industry and be able to build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to achieve company goals.
• Generate leads through a variety of channels, including online marketing, networking, and attending industry events.
• Qualify and nurture leads to convert them into sales opportunities.
• Close deals and negotiate contracts.
• Develop and maintain relationships with key decision-makers.
• Manage and track sales pipeline.
• Create and distribute marketing materials, such as brochures, website content, and email campaigns.
• Manage social media presence.
• Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activity.
