- 1. Provide administrative and clerical support to departments or individuals.
- 2. Schedule meetings and arrange conference rooms.
- Alert manager about cancelations or new meetings.
- 3. Handle information requests.
- 4. Prepare business correspondence and emails
- 5. Determine matters of top priority and handle accordingly.
- 6. Prepare agenda for meetings.
- 7. Maintain hard copy and electronic filing system.
