Description
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:
- 1. Receive, direct and relay telephone messages
- 2. Maintain an adequate inventory of office supplies
3. Purchase monthly office supplies
4. Maintain company file
5. Responsible for incoming and outgoing email messages
6. Responsible for company's accounts information
7. Prepare and issue Sales & Miscellaneous Quotation
8. Prepare Invoice, Receipt, Voucher, L.P.O & Delivery Note
9. Prepare monthly Payroll
10.Prepare MEMO and letter correspondence
11.Assist the General Manager for her daily work schedule
12.Perform other duties that may be assigned by the General Manager or required of the job from time to time
REQUIREMENTS:
1. 3-4 years of experience in a similar field
2. Proficiency in MS Office
3. Familiar with AutoCAD & Adobe Photoshop
4. Fluency in English, Arabic is a plus
5. Must be FEMALE || Philippine National
