We are currently seeking a skilled and motivated Fitout BIM Modeler to join our dynamic team.

Job Summary:

The Fitout BIM Modeler will be responsible for creating and managing Building Information Models (BIM) to support the design, construction, and fitout phases of our projects. The ideal candidate will have strong technical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively with architects, engineers, and construction teams to ensure accurate and efficient project execution.

Key Responsibilities:

·       Develop and maintain detailed 3D BIM models for fitout projects using industry-standard software (e.g., Revit, AutoCAD).

·       Collaborate with architects, engineers, and construction teams to integrate design and construction information into BIM models.

·       Perform clash detection and resolve conflicts within the BIM model.

·       Generate detailed construction documents, including plans, sections, and elevations from BIM models.

·       Assist in the preparation of quantity take-offs and cost estimates from BIM data.

·       Ensure compliance with company standards, industry best practices, and client requirements in all BIM-related activities.

·       Participate in project meetings to provide input on BIM-related issues and coordinate with project stakeholders.

·       Continuously update and refine BIM models based on feedback and changes during the project lifecycle.

Desired Skills & Experience

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in BIM modeling for fitout projects.
• Proficiency in BIM software, particularly Revit and AutoCAD.
• Strong understanding of construction processes, fitout methodologies, and building systems.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and communicate effectively with project stakeholders.
• Knowledge of industry standards and best practices related to BIM and construction documentation.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
