I have got 1 Year Experience in providing support to users, finding and fixing any network related faults, setting new users up and carrying out day to day network monitoring, administration and troubleshooting network and hardware related problems. and completed Networking CCNA, and System Administration MCSE 

Coordinate and execute hardware and software upgrades.  Serve as a vital resource for Help Desk staff, overseeing daily support operations and providing assistance on complex trouble tickets. Provided technical support to end-users via helpdesk system, telephone, and remote support tools. Performed troubleshooting, repair, and maintenance of computer systems, hardware, peripherals, Analyzed system requirements to efficiently isolate and resolve a wide array of technical issues.  

  I  have excellent communication skills and I feel that I can explain technical information carefully to a non-technical user. I have also provided training for clients on how their system work and how they should be operated etc.
