Hiring for the position of SALES SUPERVISOR
REQUIREMENT:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of sales experience in a similar industry, with a focus on the down trade market preferred.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Supervise and motivate the sales team to achieve sales targets and KPIs.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies tailored to the down trade segment.
- Analyze market trends and customer needs to identify new business opportunities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and distributors.
- Participate in regular meetings to share updates, challenges, and successes within the down trade segment.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, logistics, and finance, to ensure alignment on sales initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures in all sales activities.
- Track and report on sales performance metrics, providing insights to senior management.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to analyze data and market trends to inform decision-making.
- Microsoft skills (Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
