Vacancy: Sales Assistant

A company in the field of constructions in Qatar is looking for a capable individual to join as a Sales Assistant.

Job outline:

·         Visiting potential customers and conducting site visits.

·         Solicitation of project documents and information.

·         Sending quotations in consultation with estimation experts.

·         Lead the negotiation process with customers.

·         Completing documentation on time i.e. construction bids, customer proposal, weekly call reports

·         Generate new business opportunities

·         Concluding the sales by collecting dues in a timely manner.

Competencies:

·         Project execution knowledge

·         Excellent use of office tools (outlook, Ms office package), business writing and preparation of administration documents in day to day tasks.

·         Related sales experience and exposure in Qatar/ GCC.

·         Excellent customer handling and communication skills.

·         Proven negotiation skills.

·         Good command in English. Knowledge in local and widely spoken languages in the market is preferred.

·         Work with minimum supervision

Qualifications:

·         Degree, Diploma from a recognized university/ institute  or four year of industry related experience  

·         Valid driving license in Qatar.

·         Sales related qualification is an added advantage.

Salary:

·         2,000 QAR + attractive sales incentives
