Ø Identify User issues, diagnose problems and deliver workable solutions via phone, email or desk.
Ø Ensuring that all user issues are resolved with agreed service level time frames.
Ø Overseeing the installation of hardware and software including printers, PCs & OS’s
Ø Troubleshooting network hardware & ensuring that network performance remains optimal.
