• Preparation of Bill of Quantities.
• Preparation of Engineering estimate, tender documents, tendering and tender elevation.
• Selection of Sub contractors, Supplier and negotiations (Quotation analysis)
• Cash flow forecasting, documentation and record keeping.

Post-contract.
•
Prepare take offs from drawings and compare with site measurements.
•
Prepare the cost estimation for BOQ.
•
Preparation of tender documents, tendering and tender elevation
•
Prepare the financial statement during construction and after completion.
• Price/forecast the cost of the different materials needed for the project
•
Preparation of Interim Payment applications and fill bills under the Main Contract (Priced BOQ, progress percentage from planning department, highlighted drawing, IR & MIR).
•
Procure or agree the services of contractors and/or subcontractors who work on the construction of the project and pay subcontractors IPA and IPC.
•
Prepare and maintain of subcontractor log.
•
Prepare the prices escalation, variation cost, variation report and Extension of time (EOT) with supporting documents (incoming letters/ outgoing letters, highlighted drawing, Quotation and etc).
•
Managing and contributing to structured and documented tender evaluations.
•
Conduct thorough cost analysis and provide recommendations for cost savings
•
Prepare detailed reports on cost variations and project progress.
•
Prepare the S-Curve the financial progress.
