Professional Profile

An experienced social researcher with more than 4 years of experience, I was able to put my

fingerprint clearly in the Bank Planning Department where I contributed significantly in facilitating

the interaction between the public and the Foundation by designing some forms that help to

categorise the submitted requests to make it easier to deal with them and direct their providers to

the correct procedures, I also contributed to the development of field visits and make them vital

and effective to achieve the Foundation's goals and meet the aspirations of the needy. When I

moved to the collection department, I also contributed to the development of the Zakat office in

terms of establishment, organisation, linking taxpayers and encouraging them to pay their Zakat by

explaining, clarifying and designing procedural papers that help them and facilitate how to tax their

Zakat according to the categories of taxpayers (traders, doctors, pharmacists, lawyers). I seek to

utilise my extensive professional experience in a new and challenging role.
