Working without Contract in Qatar

I have joined a company in Qatar in HR department. I was asked to get my degree attested immediately as per revised Qatari Labor law for which I had to spend INR 40,000/-. Now when I asked my PRO for copy of my contract, I am informed that as the company wanted me to join immediately, they had got my visa as electrical engineer, as that was the only one available in their quota. As such, my contract cannot be registered with MOLSA as I do not have technical degree.
Can someone please advice what could be the effect of this on my employment or my rights as an employee? Since I do not have a contract, can I change my job within during probation or 1 year without seeking NOC from my present employer?
where u paid INR 40000 to attest. i had done attestation and Q embassy stamp for INR 2000
