Good for you stallion....:)

career progress does not exist for many of us...even though we excel in our work and prove ourselves...

i feel whatever we have...without job satisfaction there is no point in stickin to a job...end of the day if our job is no appreciated or rewarded it demotivates us..

japanese people mostly....and they are very calm, respectful, polite and working hard. The working environemnt is good as everybody are working in a team regardless what is ur designation in the company.

Japanese are very calm even in discussing problems and the outcome is a success or a solution. They never shout....

they never shout and they never announce every day or every hour to the staff and public that "I am the Manager...I am this...I am that....."

Qatari ladies also are working in there and they still choose to work in that company because of the same reason with mine....
