Offer from ministery of sports in qatar

Heloo everybody,

i just received an offer from the ministery of sports in qatar to look after youth football players in a football team in doha.

the offer was 14,600 + accomodation provided by the gouvernement.

no tickets and no school allowance.

i want know if this offer is good for me as i have a child of 4 years and my wife who will be joining also.

thanks for your help, i will appreciate all kind of informations.
