NOC requirement

Hello everyone !

I am working in Qatar since 7 March, 2012. I hear some news that if someone works for at least 2 or more years in Qatar and he gets job in government organization then NOC is not required for switching job (within Qatar). My question is, is it true?, if yes, can you please refer the information and procedure about how to switch.

I'd appriciate your comments and suggestions friends. Thanks in advance

That depends on the current sponsoring company.

No requirement for a sponsor to EVER give an NOC, even if you work 20 years.
