Need some important info

Hi guys.
I need some info regardingresignation . I finished my probation period and now intending to resign with one month notice period. But i came to know that they might ask me to pay for Visa and QIDBalance which is something out of the box. If i resign after formal notice of one month, do i really have to pay that? If not what would be best way to seek help from incase they ask to pay.

Hopefully labor ministry will resolve the issue. If there is nothing mentioned in the contract of employment. You can file a fraud case against them...
There is nothing such mentioned in the contract. Clearly written that " after successful completion of probation, both the parties can terminate the contract with one month notice period ".
It is illegal for employers to ask for visa fees. You can go to labor ministry to complaint and they will call your company representative to solve the issue instantly and if not solved then only they will refer the case to labor court.
Companies try to pull a fast one by inserting these clauses .. Shame on them and the managers
There is nothing like that in the Rule of the QATAR,it is the responsibility of the company for doing such things, but see your contract, if it is there in the contract or no

Go and see the people at the Human Rights Comission and also contact MADLSA
