need some help!
Hi guys! can you tell me if i can get my 3rd yr benefits in my situation?
i finished my 2years contract under my companym Nov 27, 2010- Nov 27, 2012 and they automatically renewed it because i didn' file a document that i wall not continue my service with them. then i took my vacation on march and i came back on may. i file my end of service when my 3rd year contract ends. i is on Nov 27 2013. my general manager told me that i cannot get my 3rd year benefits beacuse i didn't finish my contract? (i dont have any idea of it why they are saying i didnt finish my contract). i just want to know, if i take a vacation after my 2years contract, should i finish again 12 months more take my 3rd year benefits? because if that is the case, then my end of contract is on January 2014? i think it is not right? right?
can anyone help me!

It's in the Labor Law... Article 54... In addition to any sums to which the worker is entitled to upon the expiry of his service, the employer shall pay the end of service gratuity to the worker who has completed employment of one year or more. This gratuity shall be agreed upon by the two parties, provided that it is not
less than a three-week wage for every year of employment. The worker shall be entitled to gratuity for the fractions of the year in proportion to the duration of employment." Last sentance clearly states it... Make sure to give one month's notice, however...
so meaning to say that even i leave my company this nov 27, 2013 i will still get my 3rd year benefits? is there any documents or site that i can show my company about this law?
