I already resigned last 18 january 2014 and my last day of duty in my resignation is 3 march 2014. 3rd of march may RP was expired also. But until now my company he did not realese me the reason he said wait for the replacement but sad to say he did not find or hire for my replacement. Is this legal or ilegal to work even my RP was expired? and now yesterday i stop for my work and my company he force me to work. What can i do now?  I need your help... Thank you very much.

Please talk to your manager personally and if no positive response Make an Official Letter to the email of the Manager of the Company that you will not be able to continue illegally ( without RP) working in the company. Therefore, request them to do the needful to repatriate you after cancelling the work permit and settling your dues. Still if the company does not cancel you, please go to labor department and give a r\written complain. You will get all your dues and the company will do all formalities. But some companies may ask you to vacate the accommodation if you are in company accommodation. So that part also you specify in the complaint. And never ever agree for compromises which will affect negatively in the future.
