Logging-in at Classified Ads

Hello people! I've been having a problem adding a advertisement at classified ads since this morning. Everytime I try to add classified ads, it always appear "THIS SITE IS ONLY AVAILABLE FOR PEOPLE ACCESSING THE SITE FROM QATAR", can somebody help me to resolve this problem? Thanks in advance..

Yup, I have face the same problem. Delete browser history, close the browser, and re-start your computer might help.
