leave salary encashment

please enlighten me.

i started working in this company Feb. 2011 and decided to go on leave on Dec. 2012 for one month. since i am about to complete two years, they gave me two way ticket. as i know the company still has to pay me my one month leave. now, i applied for leave encashment but they only gave me one month basic salary. how much should i really get?

i am planning to go on vacation next year, how much should they pay me then?

Some companies give 30 days basic after completing one year(12 months). Some make contract 30 days basic after completing 11 months. You count your months and check your contract or offer letter.
