husband visa to company visa
i am currently on my husband sponsorship but planning on transferring my sponsorship to my current employer.
we have filed the sponsorship change but got rejected twice. a friend of mine suggested that my family visa be cancelled then exit qatar and my company to apply for a business visa for me.
my questions is, how long will i have to stay outside qatar before they can get a business visa for me? Is there a ban necessary for family visa holders before they can apply or get a business visa?

It's not a good idea,suppose u change sponsor to company,and once you enter in a company situation may change any time without notice and believe u me,you cannot transfer your visa back to your husband "immediately" hence you'll be cancelled and must leave the country....Advantage of being in a family sponsored you're likely to enjoy any better offered job at your own pace and can switch easily.... Take your time ...think twice before u end up in a trap.....
Highly unusual question...i usually see a lot of women asking to be transferred to husband sponsorship due to them being able to change work anytime they wish without the need for NOC.
