How can I become PRO?

How can I become PRO responsible for applying visas for company in Qatar? Do I need certification or official training from Qatari Authorities?
My company is a Chinese company and I am a Chinese and I can talk and write in Arabic.

GO AND ASK THE ARABS IN ARABIC..YOU HAVE A BETTER CHANCE I BET..USE YOUR SKILL.

If you have the experience to be a PRO then just apply for the position. Speaking and writing in arabic is big big big plus for you. Good luck
