help regarding advertising on company vehicle

If someone could be kind enough to advice regarding the procedure of putting company logo(sticker) in the side doors of my company pickup.
i have a rough idea that i need to go to baladiya with a form then muroor and inspection and changes on the istimara.
but if some 1 can plz advise me on the steps as to how do i get this approval done and aslo the direct link to the FORM that is required to be filled to do these formalities,would appreciate it

i am searching for supplier who can make advertisement or logo of our company on car/pickup can you give me any contacts details for the same if you have.

after getting this we will process further to take baladiya approval
