Family Visit Visa to Work Visa.. New rule??

Hi All,

I write this post behalf of my best friend, As His wife on family visit visa, she got an offer with work visa (Engineer).

company informed her that as new rule implemented, need to exit from the country to change to work visa.

NOC will not work.

Anybody knows regarding on this matter or experienced the same issue recently, pls comment

On more question regarding this , the person can still stay in qatar while processing the work visa or they should leave the country and the company starts applying for the entry work visa after that ??

yes,its true. One has to exit from Qatar to change to work visa. NOC will not work.
