changing employer

i've been working in doha fo over a month til i got this offer from a new company. i'm very much interested to grab the offer but my problem is how i can resign from my current job. my current employer sponsored my visa (im holding a working visa)
im still within the probationary period of 6 months, and would that give me the advantage of not continuing it because i found a better job?
is it possible that the new company negotiate with my current employer?

what does the law here in doha say?

please help.\

thanks

your current employer already gave you an opportunity. this is why they wont abolish the sponsorship system!! lol.

most likely you will not get an NOC. Just try doing your best at your present job, remember you are still on probationary period.

Company made some investment in you when they hired you. Have you done anything in the one month you have been with them to repay that investment?

This law is there only because of people like you who work in a company for a month or so and then jump ship.

is a common thing. You already have a working visa and chances that you will be released and given NOC is very small if not totally nil! Just be contented with your present employer and after your contract expire, ask for a release! You'll be surprised how time flies so fast that you have forgotten what you really want is (I mean transfering work)! Lol!!!!

You need a red pill, not the blue pill you've been taking.
