Can i change job ? (Contract is not finish)

Good day. Can you give me knowledge on how to change job? I already found a new employer but i am still working in my previous. My question is if i resign and they accept can i come back in qatar as soon as possible? My contract will be finish on March but i want to go this coming Febuary.

u can formally resign, take a formal exit from your company and Qatar.

Your new employer can apply for your visa immediately, provided he has "VISA OF YOUR NATIONALITY".
