About cancelling the visa by worker himself

Hello Sir/ Sirs,

I want kindly know the Qatar Labour Law for my condition:
I am working in a company in the Industrial Area since 8 months ago but now I have problem on my family. My wife wants me back to my home.

On such situation can I go to my home within 10 months ?
If yes how ??
If not how ??

Please give me information because I am in metally ill I cant concentrate on my job.

You cannot cancel your visa on your own..

U need to talk to sponsor.. and tell the truth ..
