Located along the Othman Bin Affan Street, Fabio's Pizza and Italian Food is a relatively new pizza joint that is quite a hit among the locals. They offer a great distinguishable menu of pizzas that you may not find elsewhere.
They have everything from the regular classics, to vegetarian pizzas, fish pizzas, folded pizzas, etc. Though they do not do dine-ins, but they do delivery until 2.00am!
5. Pizza Express

Well, if you're looking for non-gourmet pizzas that still taste great (minus the hefty prices and the usual fine-dining ambiance) then check out Pizza Express.
They have a great variety of pizzas to choose from with other Italian staples. Pizza prices are reasonable and the environment is cozy and comfortable. They have an outlet each at Villaggio Mall, City Center Mall and the Landmark Mall.

The various names of pizzerias suggested by QLers are for those who have pockets bulging out with 500 Riyal notes. The common man wants taste suited to his pocket and can hardly think of going to these places meant for the "rich lot."
there is no mention here of Lo Spaghetto, and Italia Mia. THOSE are the best in Doha.

Also, are you serious about Pizza Express? It's very odd to see it in the top five list.
The best italian experience I had in Doha so far is definitely Cucina at the Marriott City Center. This place never fails to deliver, great ambiance and superb food.
If you want quality with economic price go for Papa Johns Spicy Chicken Ranch Pizza. One of the best I ever had.
Makes a change from Pizza Hut and the aerosol can oil spay they use. But you pay for what you get, especially Pizza.

I don't think that is the picture of the Italian Job at the Radisson Blu. It is Bentley's Grill.
