Business Visa to Working Visa

Kindly clarify the following:

1/I am planning to visit Qatar during first week of October on business visa and to search for a job

2/Is there any restriction to convert business visa to work visa during my stay in Qatar?

Kindly advice rules at present

You have to exit the country for changing Visa from Busines to Work.

Also you need NOC from your Business Visa Provider.
