Work visa status at MOI website says "For Printing" for about a month already

Hi. Is there any particular reason for an approved work visa to be delayed? I started monitoring my visa status in mid-May of this year through the MOI's visa verification web page. As of today (June 10, 2016) the status in the MOI website states that my visa is ready to be printed; the fees just need to be paid. This ready to print status has stayed like this for more than three weeks now. I believe that the Ministry has done its job already, and it is just waiting for the visa applicant (my prospective employer) to pay the required fees for its release. I am not going to entertain the idea that insufficient funds is the cause of the delay, because the employer - a company of note in the food industry - has good standing. For reasons of anonymity, I am withholding the name of the company, which I hope that you would understand. I also believe that deficiency of submitted documents is highly improbable owing to the fact that my visa has been approved and is ready to be printed. If it would be helpful, I am from the Philippines. This is my first time to work in Qatar. I was personally interviewed and accepted by my employer through a licensed recruitment agency here in the Philippines. I worked in the KSA prior; I finished my contract there, and separated from my former employer in good terms. A copy of the certificate of good standing from my former employer was submitted during my application. (Please note that the recruitment agency told me that they are also waiting to receive the visa. There are other persons whose visas are being processed by the same employer.) Any information you would provide will be highly appreciated. Thank you. A blessed Ramadan to all!

@britexpat Thank you.

By "HR", I am supposing that you meant the company HR. In my case, however, I have no actual contact with the employer. I only met them vis-a-vis in the job interview. The recruitment agency (RA) that I have mentioned in the post acts as the middleman. Everything is coursed through the RA. I did inquire sometime last week. Their reply is in the post: they are waiting to receive the visa.

Nevertheless, I shall heed your advice to continue waiting and to keep in touch with the AR for any developments. Thank you!
