Dear Ma'am,

If your Qatar Id card is not issued then you don't require NOC to return to Qatar.

If your contract is attested by Ministry of Labour then next step is issuing of your Qatar Id card therefore decide your next step very fast.

It is correct that if your Qatar Id is not issued then you don't require NOC to return to Qatar. You can come back in next flight.

If your company gives you exit permit well and good otherwise approach;

One more thing, One of my friends tell me that if I will exit there is no problem I will be not ban for 2 years because i still dont have QID and I can comeback with any visa.

Dear Ma'am,

First your company has to renew your residence visa and pay all penalties.

It is your current company discretion to give you نقل کفالا (Transfer letter) & شهادة عدم ممانعة (NOC) through which you can transfer to another company.

If you are not getting salary then before wasting any time report to National Human Rights Committee (NHRC)

Now NHCR is under Ministry of Interior therefore police is managing it. They will call your company owner to report to them.

Your work visa is issued by the company. They are therefore your sponsor. It's their responsibility. I advise you to go to your embassy first. You cannot "transfer" an expired visa.
