RP cancellation

Hello,

I'm leaving soon Qatar to go back to my country, and my family went to back already last Aug. 2017 due to the school.

Once I asked my company the flight allowance for my family, the cancellation paper of my family RP should be attached.

The question and advice that I need is... is it possible to cancel the family RP while they are not here in Qatar now ?

As far as I know,if your family was here on permanent family visa, their visa will get automatically cancelled once your visa gets cancelled. Your company HR people or your mandoob should be knowing of this.
