Non Qid Holders

Hello everyone I am from philippines.

Does qatar allow people with working visas but non QID holders to enter qatar? ive been stuck here, i have the work permit and visa stamped and all but cant go back to qatar because i dont have qid.

I guess you are somewhat confused or probably I am unable to understand your query properly.

If this is your first time coming to Qatar, the process of getting a QID will be done here and your sponsor will take care of this. As I suggested earlier talk to your travel agent or any of your Kabayans in your country who know about Qatar, its rules and regulations.

I believe you can enter Qatar. Your QID will be issued to you once you land here. Your travel agent should be able to tell you about this.
